Background:

Alina is a solicitor in our Commercial Department, where she advises clients on a range of matters relating to commercial property, commercial contracts and corporate transactions. She has experience in working with clients from various sectors, including technology, media and healthcare.

Alina is a dual qualified lawyer in England and Wales and Romania. She obtained her law degree from the University of Bucharest and completed her master’s degree in European Union Law at the University of Bucharest. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2022 after completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). She is also a member of the Romanian Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales.
