There are two kinds of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) documents, one for Health and Welfare and the other for Property and Finance.

​

Our costs for assisting in making LPAs are outlined below and start from £350 plus VAT.​

Lasting Power of Attorney Fees 

Please note that in order for LPAs to be used, they must be registered with the Office of Public Guardian. The registrations fees are payable in addition to the above legal fees.

  • Registration Fee to the Office of Public Guardian: £92.00 per document

  • AML and ID searches: from £6.00 per check 

  • Admin Fee: £50.00 plus VAT
