Simon obtained his law degree from Aberystwyth University and went on to complete his postgraduate qualifications at the College of Law in Chester. He qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and joined Seymours in 2014 as a Consultant Solicitor. He has over 30 years experience in advising business clients in commercial and company law, commercial property and licensing law, amongst other areas.

In particular, Simon has substantial experience in the sale and purchase of businesses and commercial property. 
Simon is responsible for delivering civil litigation advice at Seymours, including complex commercial disputes and employment tribunal matters. He has done in excess of 600 commercial debt collection cases and advised on over 1000 settlement agreements.

Simon has an in-depth knowledge of the Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry and Leamington business area, as he has represented a wide variety of companies from PLCs to owner-managed businesses across Warwickshire and further afield. 

When not immersed in working with Seymours clientele, Simon can be found on one of the many local golf clubs in the area.
