Background:

Perminder's Residential Conveyancing career started in 2018 when she returned to work after a career break with her children. As a legal assistant, having achieved her academic qualifications several years before, Perminder had a desire to progress and in 2021 qualified as a Solicitor. Perminder has continued to work in Residential Conveyancing since returning to work in 2018 and she has taken on a variety of matters from inception through to completion. These include but are not limited to:

  • Freehold sales/purchases 

  • Re-mortgages 

  • Transfers of equity 

  • Leasehold sales and purchases 

  • Right to buy purchases 

  • Staircasing from leasehold to freehold ownership

Perminder has successfully worked with clients for a number of years guiding them through the conveyancing process in a clear and coherent manner.

Approach:

Perminder strives to keep clients updates throughout the conveyancing process, she has successfully managed and met many clients expectations over the years, with a regular pool of clients that have re-instructed and recommended her.

In her spare time, Perminder enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. She brings a positive and compassionate approach to supporting clients through what can be a stressful and challenging time.
