Preeti acts on behalf of clients in respect of both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new builds and unregistered property. She also has a wealth of experience with shared ownership, Right to Buy and Help to Buy and also engages in a number of commercial property transactions. Preeti is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu and is more than happy to assist clients in those languages.

Preeti gained her Law degree in Birmingham in 2013, and then completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2018. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2019. Preeti has over 10 years experience and has acted on hundreds of residential conveyancing matters.

In her spare time Preeti likes travelling.
