Background
Shaun joined the Private Client department at Seymours in March 2020, having previously worked as an Associate Case Handler for one of the UK’s largest providers of probate and estate administration services.
Shaun has worked in probate and estate administration for over 6 years, and has considerable experience in dealing with high volume estate matters, ranging from simple “Grant of Probate only” applications, to more complex estate matters involving inheritance tax, and those containing a foreign domicile element. He is also able to guide clients through the process of preparing a Will.
Shaun qualified as a Solicitor in July 2021, having gained his Law degree in 2011 from the University of Leicester and thereafter completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham. Shaun also spent a year studying in Stockholm, Sweden, as part his undergraduate degree.

Shaun is dedicated to providing a friendly, timely and reliable service to his clients and values the importance of conveying empathy and understanding at what is often a very difficult time.
In his spare time, Shaun enjoys travelling and spending time with friends.
