Seymours are pleased to announce our Summer LPA Offer, which will be running from Monday 1st June to Friday 31st August across our Leamington Spa and Coventry offices. This campaign has been designed to help families and individuals think about their future and put plans in place while giving back to the community.
Throughout this period we will be offering a 15% discount on Lasting Powers of Attorney services, while donating 5% from every qualifying LPA matter to our chosen charity, Myton Hospice.
Why does an LPA matter?
A Lasting Power of Attorney is a legal document which allows you to appoint one or more trusted persons (Attorneys) to make decisions on your behalf if you lose the ability to do so yourself. It helps to ensure that your wishes are respected and protects your best interests by reassuring that your affairs are in order.Â
The two types of LPAs:
Property and Financial Affairs LPA - this allows your appointed person to assist with financial matters such as managing bank accounts, paying bills, buying or selling property.Â
Health and Welfare LPA - this enables attorney(s) to make decisions about your health and care which can include medical treatment, where you live day to day welfare decisions. This type of LPA can only be used if you lose mental capacity in the future.
Discounted LPA fees during the promotional period (exclusive of disbursements)
LPA Type | Fixed fee (plus VAT) |
1 LPA | £297.50 plus VAT |
2 LPAs | £510.00 plus VAT |
4 LPAs | £807.50 plus VAT |
